I do ask for a credit card at booking, that is only charged if you don’t show up.
OFFICE POLICIES
Cancellations
If the scheduled appointment is canceled with less than 24 hours notice or as a no-show, future appointments will require a credit card on file and a charge of $50 will be charged.
Late Arrival
Patients who arrive 15 minutes later than the appointment time will need to reschedule. The deposit will be withheld as a penalty fine.
Payments
The patient must have completed the payment as of the appointment time. We accept all major credit cards, cash, Care Credit, Zelle, Cherry Payment plans, and Venmo.
Free radiation tattoo removal
Each treatment is fast, 2 to 3 treatments
may be needed.
